# Boost a specific post

> Use Boost for a one-time post instead of changing the recurring plan.

**Boost** is a one-time add-on for a specific eligible post. It is separate from the automatic support included with a recurring plan.

    Review the post, quantity, balance required, and confirmation screen.

  <Step title="Confirm only when the post is correct">
    A boost can change account balance and begin delivery. The confirmation
    boundary exists so you can stop before submission.

<Tip>
  If a post already has a finished receipt, the action reads **Boost again** so
  you know this is an additional delivery—not the original plan result.
