# Which posts are eligible?

> Understand what Campground can detect and support automatically.

An eligible post is generally a **new, public Instagram feed post** from a connected account while its delivery setup and plan are active.

## Usually eligible

* A newly published public feed post from the connected handle
* A supported photo, carousel, or reel that appears on the public profile
* A post detected after the account’s plan is ready

## Usually not eligible

* Stories, drafts, archived posts, or private posts
* Posts published before the plan’s active monitoring window
* Posts from a renamed, disconnected, or different handle
* Content Instagram does not expose on the public profile

  Detection is not always instant. If a qualifying post has not appeared after
  the normal check window, use **Check now** on the account page before
  contacting support.
