# A post was not detected

> Check the fastest explanations before opening a support conversation.

  <Step title="Confirm the handle">
    Make sure the post belongs to the Instagram account shown at the top of the
    Campground account page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the post is public and new">
    Stories, drafts, archived/private posts, and posts from before the active
    monitoring window are not treated like a new eligible feed post.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the plan state">
    Delivery setup must be ready and the plan must be active. Billing or setup
    warnings appear near the account’s next action.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Check now">
    This asks Campground to refresh the public feed. Allow the check to finish
    before repeating it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the post URL to support">
    If the post still does not appear, include the exact Instagram post URL and
    connected handle in a dashboard conversation.
