Needs review means Campground found a delivery exception that should be checked before the receipt is treated as final. It does not mean delivery is still running forever. Common reasons include a provider response that needs reconciliation, a post becoming unavailable, or a mismatch between the expected and recorded delivery state.

Open the post receipt

Read the current recorded delivery and the latest status note.

Avoid submitting the same action repeatedly

The review queue keeps the original post and receipt together. Repeated boosts can create a second, separate delivery.

Message support if the status is stale

Include the post URL. Campground can inspect the recorded provider and receipt events without asking you to guess.
